Help Home Key/Phone button loose

I know someone who has the Verizon TP and this same thing happened. So its not just with the sprint version. It was returned and they got a new one.

Sprint TP... The Fuze looks very well made as an example. I think Sprint wanted HTC to be as cheap as possible with their phone...
