toggle push email on/off

Does anyone know of an easier way to toggle push email on/off?

I can open the Comm Manager or go into mail settings and change the setting from "As Items Arrive" to "Manually".

I want an easier way, so that I can toggle push email on or off quickly. I would like to either put a shortcut on my today screen or assign to a button using AE Button Plus. I am open to using Mortscript too.
