problem running cab files
 
I just got the pro last week and im having trouble running some cab files. The most recent is the audio boost. i click on the file and nothing happens. Does anyone know why?

are you running them from your device? or from your pc?

make sure you are running them on device, might have to change security policies, just install the suplied cab to do this

more info on exactly what you are doing and the problem would help.

I try to run them from my device. I download the zipped files from here. Save them to my desktop and copy them over to my storage card in a folder i call "Downloads". Open my downloads folder and find the zipped file. I can see the cab in the file but when i click on it to install to my device i get nothing. I have tried extracting the files and still nothing.

try that policy cab three posts up, might be stock device not allowing unsigned cabs

If you are doing from inside a zip you half to double tap tha cab.

the policy cab is registry based, so you have to wait a minute after installing, then soft reset, I recoment power button power off then back on to ensure the registry is flushed to disk properly

Do what TMZ said, if the cab. is zipped up click on it using center D-Pad button.
