WinMO DevCenter 6.1 Issues
 

I had it installed, it wouldn't sync so I uninstalled it. I've been trying to reinstall for a week, and I've searched high and low for a solution. I looked on Google, Live Search, Ask & Yahoo. To no avail though I couldn't find a solution. I've tried download the X86 and X64 native versions of the program but keep getting this error. If you know of a solution please help. I've tried reg edits and service edits and haven't found a fix yet.
I'm not trying to reinstall Vista again but I may have to if there is no solution for this issue. I've also tried Microsoft faq on the winmo homepage and all
