Camera Problems

My panorama worked for about a week, then when I would open it it said I had no panoramas left(even though I had 30000 normal pictures). Then one day I dont know what I did, but it was fixed, but now when I take the first picture it doesnt show the grey area on the second picture to allign it. It only shows an "x" botton which cancels the panorama. Please someone tell me how to fix it. I've looked all over and can't find anything.
