Best Method For Getting The Same Background On All Tabs In TF3d?

I noticed theres 2 methods at least that ive seen to get all of the wallpapers to have the same image in tf3d. I know theres the munbackground all wallpapers cab and a background all tabs cab that has manilla files in it. which one of these methods is best to use and easiest to apply? are there any other methods?

I would say the one is the Touch Pro Essentials thread is the best...For me at least.
