Need A Program

Looking for a program that will rotate my Touchflo Background for me any ideas?

like you mean rotate before you set it or like as its in ur hand it is spinning? if it is the first, just open photos and videos and open the pic and click menu edit rotate

sorry i mean rotate the backgrounds in the touchflo so that i dont have to change the background daily

To lose the least amount of details what I do is, re-size the image I want to use to 384x512 pixels then save it as high quality jpeg file. Then I rename the file to HomeBackground.img. Afterwards making sure there is already a custom wallpaper in use on tf3d, I copy the HomeBackground.img file to windows folder overwriting the existing file. Then to get the new wallpaper displayed I disable and re-enable tf3d.
The process is kind of long but I find it helps in preserving some quality.
