TEMP. Power Solutions for the Pro- What do you think?

Hey guys;

After charging my phone over and up to 2pm before leaving the hotel this weekned, my phone still died on me. I DIDN'T MAKE ANY CALLS ON IT! I only texted and sent pictures from the game and my phone died by 11pm.

So what to you guys think the is the best possible TEMP solution to this problem?

1. Carry and extra OEM battery and get a cradle to charge both batteries?

2. Get the Sprint Portable Power Pack:http://nextelonline.nextel.com/NASAp...ubPageNumber=0

3. get the Energizer USB Phone Charger: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1149206660741

please give me your feedback. I have a couple of friends who have the Instinct and they say the battery life is no that great but at least Samsung gave you two batteries and charger to power them. My friend her to change her batter at the game to on her Instinct but (she made alot of calls) and did alot of texting. But at least she had a solution.

Re: TEMP. Power Solutions for the Pro- What do you think?

Hey 9 hours seems very phreaking short, I haven't tested mine out yet, but I am thinking I will prolly get at least 15 hours if not more with moderate internet usage and 30 min phone call, bt on all the time, one push mail acc..That is just a guess..gotta try that. I have spb wireless monitor which gives you exactly how many kb or mb each application used, which I think is neat. It only uses may be 50kb or so to do that...

If you are in an area with iffy EVDO reception, try the Mode of Operation reg edit, that allows you to go into phone settings and set it to 1X only rather than Hybrid.

That made the biggest battery life difference for me.

I was wondering how much power S2U2 used up. Is the another locking program you can use that wont take up as much power?

I use PushEffect to make my email realtime/ I used on my Mogul and Q with no porblems
