Dead Tuch Pro...
 

Hey guy was looking around and didnt see anything about this.

I have had my Tuch Pro for about 2 months now and this morning when i woke up and went to take my phone off the charger every thing was good... untill i unpluged it and tryed to get it to come on... the lights stayed lit (like when u have a message) but the screen wouldnt come on.. so ok i rest... rest the phone lights went off and nothing came back on... iv tryed everything hard rest took out the battery pluged it back in pluged it into my computer its just dead... i dunno what happend... im gonna take it to sprint to have them replace it and they better not try and give me a repherbished POS!

Anyone elce have this happen?

it happened to me with a diamond, was told it was a defective battery that caused the issue.

wonder if it is because im using my PPC 6800 charger sence i have like 5 of them. insted of the weird Pro one...

who knows maybe thats the case, sometimes different chargers and such put out more voltage and perhaps you fried your battery or worse your phone

i have been charging it with that charger sence iv onwed it never had any problems till now... the phone is completly dead... no matter sprint will give me a new one.

i use a mogul charger cuz the cord is longer.....
