Diamond TF2D Config. works with TP?

I was wondering if Diamond TF3D Config works with TP, because i've tried installing it on my TP many times. It installs fine but when i open the app, it gives me an error. Keeps saying "an unexpected error has occurred in Diamond TF3D Config.exe.

Anyone know what i might be doing wrong?

Replace the "TWEAKS" file in /Program Files/Diamond TF3D Config/ with the attached file.
(Don't unzip just remove .zip after downloading)

Stupid question. How do i remove the .zip?

Actually i just downloaded the file you attched and it downloaded as "TWEAKS.XML" and i just moved where you said as is. So far working great.
