any comparisons between PdaNet/WMWiFiRouter/hacked ICS?

i used to use pdaNet on my moto Q and my Treo 700wx. now that i have the Touch Pro, I was wondering if anyone has compared the options out there for using the phone as a modem. thanks!

Re: any comparisons between PdaNet/WMWiFiRouter/hacked ICS?

I used a Treo 700w on Sprint and my new Touch Pro is alot faster using ICS Hack. I ran a speedtest and it was almost double the speeds I used to get on my treo.
ICS was fast than PDAnet 1.80 for me.

I get around 1.2 DL and 300+Up

The latest WiFIRouter has lots of cool options (EVDO to Wifi, EVDO to USB etc). I did to use PDANet on my VZW i760 and it was very slow and buggy but that may have been the phone/network/Activesync. I have not tried the other two versions on the TP to give you a comparison.

I have used hidden ICS on my TP & it works fine, now I'm using the latest version of WMwifirouter just for the wireless convenience.

Both options work just fine.

I actually started using WMWifiRouter today. and man it works good!
My phone only gets signal where I'm at most weekends while plugged into my antenna in my truck, I turn on WIFI router and sit in my travel trailer with my laptop... works GREAT!
