Strange Overheating Started Today
Sorry if this has been posted before, a quick search brought up nothing.

Well I noticed my phone overheating today. But I wasn't using it... It was sleeping in my case, and when I took it out it was incredibly hot. It was fully charged when I left the house, and 2 hours later there was %10 battery left.

I could barely touch the back without the battery cover.

I have actually had this happen before. No rhyme or reason. It's like something triggers and doesn't shut off. A couple soft resets and all was well except for the slightly dead battery.

should be an isolated incident. even happened a few times back on the vogue. (i'm sure you checked for the obvious things, i.e. wifi)

Yup. WiFi is always off, BT too. I wonder what caused it, though.

S2U2 had actually stopped appearing after I charged this morning, so maybe there's a connection

always reset after usin gps.... otherwise the connection may still be open
