Can I search memory or Storage card?

Does File Explorer or something have the ability to search?

an amazing file explorer with great navigation and search feature is resco explorer.... totally worth the money. The built in search doesnt work very well

You could use total commander. It has a search function built in. Lot better than file explorer period.
