How to speed up an HTC touch pro

Hey guys how's it going,

I need some help in speeding up my HTC tp. I have read some posts on ROM's but not to sure on how they work.. Any ideas on how I can speed it up a bit, I am mainly streaming videos and visiting websites nothing more than that.

The carrier is Sprint and has Windows mobile 6.1

Check out the Upgrades forum as they have a lot of great tutorials on how to flash your phone if you have been reading about custom ROM's.

It is only his second post. It will not let you click thanks until you have several (can't remember how many.)

I am typing this so he does not go crazy looking for the button lik I did.

Really? I thought you can automatically click Thanks after you register... Anyways, if you are right, good lookin out...

I find the phone slow in general navigation. especially when sliding the phone up to respond to a text message. The screen will not switch over. Even when it comes to browsing the web.
