W.V.D Web Video Downloader +TCPMP settings

I have searched all threads for this with nothing specific to The touch pro.
Has anybody got W.V.D to work properly with Tcpmp? Can somebody share their buffering settings in Tcpmp that work the best?

I am using Tcpmp GF5500 edition(seems to work the best and has the needed drivers) with buffer size=20000, Preload at underrun=7%. Seems to work pretty good in low quality(no codec errors) but when I try to play high quality(mp4) like Tube8 for example it is very choppy and barely plays.
So if somebody has W.V.D working properly please help me out by sharing what player you are using and what tweaks to make it work right. I like this program and I have tried everything to get this to fully work with no luck..........help please! Thanks.
