hey saumaun, if you wouldn't mind i had a question. when you make a manual uninstaller, do you dload the file to your own phone, then find a way to uninstall completely yourself???(ie, recreate issue then find fix???) or do you actually create a file or some sort of SW to uninstall from the cab without actually dloading it??? wait a min...i just thought thats how the phone acted....when u choose ringer type "vibrate and ring" mine rings non stop with no pause...so i changed it to "vibrate then ring" so try that out.....on another note...is it suppose to pause on "vibrate and ring"??

I use WinCE cab manager to view what files and reg edits the program makes. Then I make another .cab file to undo all those changes.

There was one entry I couldn't find a default value for... can you go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\Irsir1\Parms and tell me what you see under “DisablePowerManagement” please?

on my 800w, when i follow HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\Irsir1\Parms,
"ab" has no value set
"Port" is set to 3

also, i found a "regcure.exe" file under wince cab manager, i downloaded to da Pc of course(.exe) is that cab file needed in addition to the regcure??

Where is regcure? WinCE said there were no files in the cab

i googled wince cab manager..it came back to regcure..i mita downloaded the wrong exe file?????
