So I got this Pro and everything was working properly til one day the keyboard stops working. What should I do?

I know someone who's keyboard went out....assuming it's not a software problem (do a hard reset)....you need to get it replaced.

just call sprint... when they tell you to do a hard reset, pretend you did it, and have them send you another.

don't have to pretend, hard reset was the 2nd thing i tried and it didn't fix the problem, probably taking it to sprint on monday
