Unhappy Sprint Touch Pro calling problems

Lately when people call me, or i call them they are unable to hear me.
After a soft reset there is a slight possibility the other party might hear me.
Should i hard reset because it's a software issue?
Or do you guys/gals believe it might be a hardware issue?

Thanks PPCGeeks

Re: Sprint Touch Pro calling problems

This is a copy/paste strait from Baffles Essentials Sticky:

Basic:
"If your device is showing you random issues, such as speaker/ear piece being crappy out of the box, do a hard reset. Some have reported this simple task has solved their problems. You can do this one of two ways: either select clear storage from the system tab in settings (Start->Settings), or power off the device, hold volume down and OK, and hit the power button."

Re: Sprint Touch Pro calling problems

The problems still seem to persist.
After a hard reset.
