Pocket Player and Motorola S9 Help

I'm using Pocket Player to listen to music on my Motorola S9 stereo headset. Everything sounds and works great, however, when i use the controls on the headset to try and advance a song title or go back, it always opens up Windows Media Player.

The controls on the headset for skipping back don't work with Pocket Player. Is there any hack to change this so the next track or previous track will work when using with the headset. Thanks.

Re: Pocket Player and Motorola S9 Help

this issue is fixed - at least with my plantronics 855 in the latest release (3.71).

The problem is that htc audio manager intercepts avrcp commands. the new version incorporates a workaround. I found that i had to activate the htc plugin under the wmp plugin - also be sure to enable intercepting wmp commands there too.

to get to that screen, menu-options-more and go to the plugin tab and tap on the wmp plugin to configure it.

Re: Pocket Player and Motorola S9 Help

The following settings worked with my Motorola S9. Did you try the upgrade to the newest person of pocket player. once you upgrade, you have to go into menu - more - options - plugins - Conduits WM adapter. make sure the following options are checked in the JPG below.

That worked for me. Good luck.
