Slight Hiss with Stereo Bluetooth

Guys, I just got the Sony Ericsson Stereo Bluetooth Headset HBH-DS980, it sounds great, but I noticed that with some Mids and Highs I can hear some hissing in the music. I was wondering if that's just how stereo bluetooth is or my headset. I tried Motorola S9 before, and I remember the hissing is worse.

I am still searching a way to replicate wired headphone quality in stereo bluetooth.

Hehehe, I'd love to tell you that you just have a bad headset, but it's not the case. All "wireless" headsets, bluetooth or otherwise overlay static interference which results in the hiss you sometimes can hear.

If you're an audiophile or have young ears you'll notice it more. On the bright side, the older you get, the less you'll hear it. hahahaha

Not sure if this is what you mean, but on music with treble highs in the very high end, there is some fall-off. I expect this is just the price you pay with A2DP bluetooth - the fidelity is far from perfect, but considering the convenience a worthy trade-off.
