wifi connection problem
 

I have a strange wifi connection problem with my Sprint TP which I have ported over to Verizon. I am using the Verizon ROM. I had the connection going at one point but now when I try to connect it will not and only says after trying to connect that the connection is "available". I have turned off all firewalls, security software including router security and it still will not connect. The only thing turned on in connection manager is wifi. What am I doing wrong.

p.s. I have a laptop that connects fine to my wifi so I know the wifi hardware attached to the Comcast network is ok.
