Themes Not Working For Spb Mobile Shell

Is anyone having problem switching between themes in SPB Mobile Shell? I have installed reinstalled, and I still notice the problem.

Themes as the colors that come with spb? all working well here man, I am running 2.1.2. There is even a 2.1.3 now......what errors do you get or what exactly happens, is it installed to the TP memory?...

Well it works fine when I install and change to initial color that I want to use. After that the color won't change. I am trying to change the colors within the SPB Shell program. I uninstalled for now. Don't know how Im going to act because I can't stand navigating the old school way. The themes worked fine with my Touch XV6900.
