Text Messaging

Is there a way to avoid the first letter being capitalized in text messages? I can't seem to find an option to disable it.

And no, the option for "Capitalize first letter of sentence" (In Settings > Input > Options Tab) does not solve the problem. I have it unchecked.

Any advice would be cool. Thanks.

After disabling the option? Oh yes, plenty of soft resets have taken place. I disabled that option first thing when I saw it when I bought the phone. No matter what I do it's always capitalizing the first letter of my texts. ](*,)

I have "suggest words when entering text" and "enable auto correct" unchecked.

Soft resetted to make sure. Nothing. I still have my letter capitalized unwillingly.

Are you guys telling me you can send a text with a lowercase first letter on your TP's? It doesn't capitalize the first letter as soon as you press space from the first word you type?

Weird.

It's a pain, but you can go back and change it and it won't be capitalized.

The only time I dislike it is when updating my Facebook status via text message.
