You can use Advanced config for almost everything except GPS & SIM. Anything else you can change, my advice is to go through each category and either pick DEFAULT or ADVISED. Advised will usually make your device faster, but may take more memory. Some things you may want to leave on Default as a preference like having the screen turn off on a call when you put the phone to your face. Or the TouchFlo3d option that allows you to see the LOGO instead of "Starting TouchFlo3d". So go through each one decide if you want that feature and either enable the Default or Advised. Then click Done and restart the device to notice the changes.

Where do you see the option to turn off screen during a call?
