QuickGPS Failed To Connect..
 

I tried this morning to update my QuickGPS data and it failed to connect to the server... I can connect to everything else.. I tried again several times and still receive the error... it quickly goes to 100% and says Failed To Connect Please Try Again Later.

Anyone else care to try who has sprint and post their results?.. (for some reason cant edit original post)

i am still getting this error message.. i thought it was the rom i flashed my phone to so i flashed back to the stock rom and i still get the same message... i cant receive any GPS signal either.

anyone have any ideas?

May sound like a stupid question, but do you have GPS enabled under the phone options? If it is off, I don't believe QuickGPS will work.

You have to have My Location turned on.

Settings/Phone/Services...

This has been discussed before...

You have to have Location set to ON, if its off, quick gps wont work. Phone/menu/options/services/location settings.

Do you also have to have a data connection active, or will it download and work through the ActiveSync connection or WiFi?

I have my phone Location set to ON as described, but am unable to downlaod anything.

I've got DCD 4.1.2 and my internal GPS is functioning and picking up a signal.
