Yes, Windows Mobile. It's somewhat based on the win32 API, just set up for the phone's CPU architecture, hardware, etc.

...and Cyrix, and Via, and Transmeta processors. All of these brands share a common architecture: x86 -- which is what desktop/laptop Windows runs on.

Windows Mobile, iPhone Mac OS X, Android, BlackBerry OS, and Palm OS all run on ARM architecture processors, because the ARM architecture is much more common on mobile devices due to it's scalability. It's able to give smartphone performance while consuming an extraordinarily small amount of power. I would assume this is the case with Nokia's Symbian/S60 as well, but I'm not sure.

As opposed to delving into the technology of the processors, let me simply ask what you're trying to accomplish. What is it you're actually asking for? I think people may be going into too much depth without understanding why you're asking the question.

I am trying to use logmeinrescue.com which requires me to run a win32 based oeperating system so I can log into clients PC to help them.
If this is not possible is there another site I can use to log into thier PC remotely?

That would be impossible from this device. When they say a Win32 operating system, they're talking a desktop 32-bit version of Windows, such as Windows 95 or later (more likely 2000 or later, if not just XP and Vista), not a mobile OS. While there is a mobile LogMeIn, it's for standard RDP-like connection to your own computer, not for remote support of a client.

There are no remote support applications that I'm aware of at this time for Windows Mobile.
