bluetooth auto on/off?

I only use my bluetooth when I am in my car. Is there any program that will cause my touch pro to automatically turn on bluetooth when my car turns on and turn off when I turn my car off. I know that there are some bluetooth headsets that automatically turn on when it receives a signal from its last known connection... can we utilize that on our ppc?

I use a moto 700, and keep bluetooth off... When I open the boom on it, it turns my BT on...when I get out the car I shut the boom which turns BT back off, and leave my heatset in the car...Great feature...

Not sure how it would work on say a Plantronics headset, but I would assume that when you turn the headset on it will turn BT on, when you turn your headset off it would turn off the BT...
