Any cab files out there to use the touch wheel to scroll like the Titan scroll wheel?

Excuse me if it has been discussed before.

I miss my scroll wheel from the Titan more than anything. Does anyone have any ideas to cab a file which edits the registry to enable scroll wheel functionality in WM6 menus (like a blackberry ball) and PIE like the Titan.

Try DiamondTweak. That's worked for a good number of apps thus far.
