How do I set Pocket IE to mobile.

On my Mogul I use to only be able to view mobile sites, which made navigation easier for me on certain sites. On the TP though, Opera and PIE show it in full website view. I dont mind Opera being like that, but how do I set up IE to only show mobile websites, or configure it so that when I go to a website with a mobile page, I will see the mobile page and not be redirected to the full page. I use 1club.fm alot for internet radio and their site has way to much cr@p to load for the TP to handle. The mobile version of the site is better for the TP but I cant get to it, the site thinks im on a PC.
