Live Search Version and Update?

I noticed my Live Search ap is on Version 3.0.3047.24749 (OEM) 05/05/2008

Since this is an OEM version, should this be left alone or can I install the latest cab from wls.live.com. By the way, this is my first Pocket PC phone. What a great application.

I have version 3.5.8198.0 (OEM)... I would update to the latest version.. It's always good to run the latest version of any software, in my opinion.. And I agree, it is a great app... You have bought a great PPC for a first PPC phone...
