Touch Pro screen switching itself

My TP has recently become possessed.

When keyboard is closed, and unit is on, you can see the screen switching back and forth between portrait and landscape all by itself.

It is really annoying.

I have tried reflashing the ROM, but to no avail.

Along with the above, the screen will turn on and off by itself.

There seems to be nothing I can do to alleviate this annoyance.

Any suggestions as to the problem, and also solutions?

weird..mine too. I believe its a keyboard issue. I am just waiting for a new keyboard, will see how it goes with a new one

Well i guess the start to trying to fix this issue would be asking what ROM are you using? Then if you are running a stock ROM, you may be okay by simply doing a hard reset. If that doesn't help then I'd suggest you have a bad device or it's the ROM you're running. Of course there are probably several other options to look at but this is where I would start.
