Cant answer calls while online... why?

Im so pissed because while Im tethering or online with my TP I can see and hear the incomming call but I press the answer button or the on screen answer and all it does is mute the call but no way in hell can I answer it, Im so mad with this, never an issue on my 6700 or 6800...

Are you running S2u2 or anything like that? It could be a software issue.

I personally have not experienced this issue, but I have also not tethered my TP at all. Do you find this to be the case when using EvDo or WiFi or both?

im not running SUS2 program or anyother locking program for that matter.

It's probably because you used Diamond Tweak or Advanced Configuration. Check the pinned "Essentials" thread for a solution.

well after not seeing anything I decided to hard reset and after that the problem is gone. Thanxs guys, now Im trying to fix my bluetooth issue wish me luck.

Of course it's gone with a hard reset, but it could and MAY come back depending on the software you choose. Instead of doing the hard reset next time, check the essentials thread and note the fix.

You don't fdisk and rebuild your PC every time a program crashes do ya?

I removed many of the programs that had me concerned and did a soft reset and it was still the same, I also read the Essencials thread but didnt see anything that helpfull becuase this started after something I installed, so instead of busting my head for hours after a 11 hour work day I did a hard reset and installed the programs I normally used and up till now no problems. So no you just dont hard reset after every problem but sometimes its the easiest way to go forward. Please leave the sarcasam out of the thread.

Issues with answering your phone when a data connection is open....

Kinda matches right along with YOUR thread title.

And yes, it's kind of hard NOT to be sarcastic with 300 new folks a day asking the same questions repeatedly without bothering to read the stickies and doing a simple search. Glad I'm not the moderator here. There would be a lot of closed threads with the simple response of "do a quick search".
