XCPUScalar for Touch Pro (messing with cpu clocks)

Yes I searched and found no info on this...

Few questions:

1. Does the touch pro automatically underclock it's self when not in use to save battery power?

2. Would XCPUScalar work with the touch pro?

I can't imagine it would. It's not made for the TP's processor.
