Can you move vertical scroll bars to left side of screen?

Like many of you, I use my TP in my left hand when the keyboard is closed. However, all the WM apps have vertical scroll bars on the right hand side of the screen. This means that I have either (1) reach my left thumb over the screen to reach the scroll bar, which is uncomfortable and blocks a lot of the screen, (2) switch hands or (3) use two hands. Anyone know of a way to move the vertical scroll bars to the left side of the screen, so they are more thumb friendly?

Thanks

Did you know with TF3D you can actually press your thumb down anywhere on the screen (hold it for like, half a second) and then drag up/down and you can scroll that way as well? You can do this in any application with scroll bars (in my experience)

True, but this only sometimes works for me. For example, in Outlook, pressing and sliding sometimes will scroll and sometimes will select multiple messages. Also, I just like scroll buttons!
