Verizon - ##778 not working

Yesterday,
I went into ##778 and made a change to my call priority (changed from 6 to 2). Phone works fine, but later, I went back in to look at something and ##778 no longer works.

I did a hard reset of the phone, *228 option 1 (reprogram), *228 option 2, and tried again, but dialing ##778 still acts like it is dialing insteading of opening up the menu.

Any comments or suggestions?

Did you disable the HTC dialer skin?
