TP: Does yours feel like a turtle!?
This is ridiculous. Even from going landscape with pulling out the keyboard its just slow slow slow.
Does anyone predict a tweaking thread will be made for the verizon TP? The sprint pack looks awesome but it clearly says don't install for verizon :/ |

I'm not getting anywhere with speeding this thing up. Any advice?

Nothing coming up. http://forum.xda-developers.com doesn't even have a section for the TP. So I assume just use the titan forum and diamond? I want a custom ROM so bad I could microwave myself :violent2: |

Re: TP: Does yours feel like a turtle!?
I'm also getting sluggish behavior, similar to what I got on my three year old Apache running WM6.1 custom ROM. This is a much nicer/prettier package, but performance and battery life are still pretty abysmal. Waiting for a solid custom ROM.
Mods I have done so far: - Installed AEButton Plus and reconfigured green button - Installed Total Commander - Installed 1-Calc Lite - Installed Adobe FlashLite 3.1 - Installed .NET CF 3.5 - Installed ICS to support tethering using my unlimited data plan WITHOUT using VZAccess Manager (official usage spyware) - Installed Diamond Tweak and applied a few recommended settings |

You need to be patient and do some research. Thats my suggestion. Feel free to ask questions after you read up on what you want to know and can't find the answers after searching. |
Re: TP: Does yours feel like a turtle!?
I don't think there are any official VZW ROMs yet. Be careful and patient as already said. And there are like 97 threads about tweaks for this thing. You're stating the obvious. Yes, our phones are gimped. Yes, they are slow. YES, they will get better.
