Number of Contacts?

How many contacts can be stored on the TP? didn't see what I was looking for with the search

I have 600+ (and adding) and want to make sure I can have them all listed on the device

I think its practically limitless considering they're stored on the memory.. but i could be wrong.

I know the Apache had it's limits. Lost my contacts due to an Activesync crash, restored them with 4X duplicates (about 1000 total) and it slowed the device to a crawl. More memory in the TP might help with that though.

I'm running at 240 [All complete with images, addresses, and notes if necessary]

It IS based on storage memory. As long as PIM.vol doesn't become too large for your phone to handle, you can keep adding.

your contacts capacity is basically unlimited.. basically it depends on how much memory you have available for storage. and if you have a memory card that also add to it.. you can pretty much load up entire phone books (yellow pages) on your phone and wont have to worry about losing any or coming to a road block
