my flip wil not stop flipping

he guys i just flashed my phone back to jd'a rom and my flip clock will not stop flipping i have no idea why an it will not allow me to delete the program from the phone what do you think i should do? besides the obvious of hard restting

any help would be great

If you just flash it, i suggest you to hard reset.
