Syncing and Word Completion questions

I'm having two problems with my Touch Pro.
My first problem is some of my contact photos are syncing with my Outlook 2007 and some aren't.
Is there a way to get them all to sync?
My second problem is my Word Completion isn't working.
It will capitalize the first word after a period, but it doesn't give me suggestions for missed spelled words.
Do I have to actually do a manual spell check?

I called Sprint and HTC but no one had an answer, but I kept trying and figured out my self. This is what you need to do:

1. Open a new text message
2. Click on the little keyboard next to send
3. Than press the up arrow
4. Select Keyboard (not Full QWERTY)
5. Close the keyboard selection

Word completion shoud work, let me know if this helped.
