Can you make the Title (Start) Bar Bigger?

I've searched a few times and can't find an answer so I'm sorry, if this is something easy...

I find myself fighting with the ok/x button in the corner as well as the little icons in the Bar.. Is there anyway to just increase the over all size of this bar by another 10 to 15 percent?

Thoughts?

Eh, I don't think it is possible without using 3rd party software.

Wisbar Advance 3 allows you to run custom skins, but you will need to browse their themes to see if there are any finger friendly skins

Make sure to "align" the screen using your finger. When the stylus was used to align I found it very difficult to get the 'ok' or 'status' buttons with my fingertip, but it's a lot better once I re-aligned.
