TouchFlo Modification

I'm using the Diamond TF3D Config. I have the original Raphael theme on my Touch Pro.

Two questions. How do I change the font color? The music tab has grey text which is difficult to see against the background.

Second, how do I get my clock to look like this:

here is the program u can use to change ur color...and lots of other colors on ur phone if ud like...as far as the clock im not sure...i seen it osmewhere if i find it again ill post..would u mind posting that background link tho...i had it awhile back but it was jacked up lol

Thanks but I don't think that's quite what I'm looking for. I need to modify the actual theme that I've loaded with the Diamond TF3d configuration program.
