Sprint throttling Slingplayer / Slingbox?
 

Does anyone get the error "Signal Weak. Cannot continue streaming"?

I've tried in 3 different cities with 3g. Little Rock, Dallas, Longview, TX

But everytime it only streams for about 2-3 minutes and cuts off. It's running at about 350kb/s and the quality is excellent but it just freezes and then cuts out. No stuttering or anything like that. This is gettng really annoying.

I don't have this problem when using my laptop. My house connection has 768 upload. And that's what my laptop hits on streaming. So that leads me to believe Sprint is cutting the feed or something.

+1 mines fine, no changes to settings or anything.

You think if I tried a hard reset, might it start working?

cant hurt, just make sure you backup everything.

mine is working fine as well - watched for 15 minutes yesterday while waiting at the doctors office =)

also, since everyone set's up their sling boxes on random ports I don't see how Sprint would throttle it

I tried a hard reset and it still cuts out at 3 minutes.

I tried hooking up through using Wifi and it works flawlessly!

Sprint reprovisioned the phone and it seemed to work ok but then as soon as I hung up it disconnected again.

I went through the router port fowarding and everything is setup for remote viewing. Any ideas?

I'm topping out at ~200 Kbps and 15 fps right now

Mine works fine too. It may be your upload speed. When I upgraded to 20/20 through fios, I noticed a huge improvement.
