keyboard issue

I am having an issue with the small keyboard that pops up when you go to enter txt, numbers etc.
It is only showing the top half of it.. see attached screen shot.

I have looked into all the hacks i can find and still no luck on fixing.. any ideas?

Try switching to a different keyboard style and then back to your current one... Maybe a soft reset also?
