Thanks for posting. It's interesting that mine is 255.255.255.255 and my PM works fine. I was just on the phone with Sprint Advanced Data support and asked about this field, and they told me that Primary HA Address should be 255.255.255.255.
Perhaps your Secondary HA Address was not properly populated. From what I can tell, that is the actual IP address used by the phone. |

This is what to do:
Go to dialpad, enter ##DATA#, choose Edit, enter MSL, and use left soft menu key and choose Restore. The phone will reboot. Once it reboots, go to Settings/System and choose Update Profile. This should repopulate the phone's custom data settings, including the AAA shared key, IP address, vision email address, etc. I've done this many times for a variety of reasons. Do at own risk. |
