Clicking link in mail

Ok I maybe loosing my mind on this. But I could have swore when I first got my htc touch pro and when I got an email that had a link and click on it...opera would open up and now it seems that PIE opens up. Is this my imagination or has it always been where PIE opens up when you click on a link in email?

Is there anyway to make OPERA the default broswer when you click on a link in email so that PIE does not open up?

Re: Clicking link in mail

You're right, Opera should be opening these links (still does in mine). Sounds like PIE got set back to your default web browser.

I'm not sure of the regedit to fix this, but I read in another thread that if you run the Opera installer that's in the Windows folder it'll re-install Opera (without losing any of your settings or bookmarks) and reset it as the default browser. I'll try to find the actual filename/location of the cab.

EDIT: The file's in the Windows folder, and named WM6_PPC_HTC_Opera9_WWE.cab. Try reinstalling and see if this clears it up for you.
