Great, apps crash at startup, what have I done?

Well I installed SKTools Lite, which works great with it's free up ram exe, then I found "auto clean" and after running it, gwes.exe crashed. Now when I start up my phone, voicecmd.exe crashes and gwes.exe crashes.

Any way to fix what I've done?

What is "auto clean"?--describing that will be helpful to those trying to help, and also for people like me who want to learn.

I guess it went through and started cleaning temp files and stuff automatically. Now I keep getting a message saying a problem occured with voicecmd.exe. Over and over

Is auto clean something in the program, like an extra feature you enabled?

It's a standalone app. I don't know what it was cleaning, and I only noticed it after installing sk tools lite. I saw it in the programs list, ran it, and saw it going through different directories. You would think it would ask before deleting anything.

Auto Clean does the same thing that the Clean function does in SK Tools. It just doesn't ask you if you want to delete stuff.

It cleans up items like temp files, bad shortcuts, bad reg keys, checks your notificaiton queue, etc.

Again, if you've run the Clean feature in SKTools before...this is the same thing.

Ok, so how do I get these things to stop crashing now? Should I prepare for a hard reset?

It should have created a backup of everything it did, in My Documents. Use SK Tools to "restore" a backup or do it manually.....

Start with a soft reset.

I don't know how to do this. I see "sktools" in my documents but it's not associated with anything.
