Desperate! Need advice!

So, I'm a bit desperate here. This morning, out of the blue, the buttons on the front stopped working. I've reflashed the rom I was on, then flashed stock. Still now working. Clearly it's a hardware issue.

The problem is that I'm going out of state on business for the next 8 days and really need a phone. It's Friday, I won't be able to get insurance to replace the phone by the time I leave which is Monday morning at 5am.

What are my chances of being able to go into a Sprint store and get them to replace it?

Anyone have any ideas?

Take it in to the store. tell them your situation that your flying out and you need a functional phone. Whats the worst that could happen!

Sprint will usually repair/replace phones on the spot if the ability to make phone calls is affected. If its just a minor functionality issue, they tend to order one from the warehouse and have you wait. If you tell them your story, hopefully you can convince them that its affecting the phone function and that you need one on the spot.

I Had almost the same problem with my touch pro I went into the sprint store told them I was from out of town the gave me a brand new touch pro right out of the box you should be good to go!
