International Text Messaging

Does anyone know how to send an international text message using the touch pro? What prefix do you have to add before hte country code and the phone number? In my Samsung A900 it was 011+country code+phone number...please help!

I use 011 method. I am not sure if the + method would work but last time I tried it on my Mogul the other end didn't receive it.

Oh and, ENGLISH only too. It doesn't like other languages, especially non-Unicode ones.
