1.03.651.3

date 09/12/08

Yes, that is the official Sprint ROM for the Touch Pro.. There have been no released ROM updates.. I have a device that was manufactured on October 31st, and it is running the same exact ROM.. The date on my phone is also 9/12/08..

Your radio version is 1.03.15F, correct?
