Should I return my Touch Pro? What is sprint.com's return policy?
 

Sorry for making a new thread about this since there are so many others but I think my situation is different. I was thinking of returning my pro that I purchased 3 weeks ago. I looked at the invoice and I have to tell you, $437.39 is a lot to cough up for a phone. Especially when I already have an 800w which has all I need. A keyboard, GPS and REVa and tethering capability. Does anyone know sprint.com's return policy? Also, my rebate is still in process. Will I still get the rebate? With x-mas and my daughters birthday around the corner, that $400 would really come in handy. You are within your 30 days, if you are not satisfied return it, Sprint has no problem with that. Your rebate will not be processed because they wait for your 30days so don't worry about that. :D
